The purpose of this Circular is to advise all stakeholders of changes to the Maritime Authority of Jamaica's (MAJ) policy regarding the acceptance of Maritime Crew Resource Management (MCRM) training in support of certification under the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended (STCW Convention).
